YOGA WITH ELEONORA

Meet Eleonora

She's a friendly sloth who loves yoga!

Kids feel all sorts of BIG feelings. Sometimes they're mad, sad, or super happy, and that's totally okay!

But figuring out how to respond to those big feelings can be tricky.

That's where YOGA WITH ELEONORA comes in!

Whether your child is feeling grumpy, sad, or excited, Eleonora and friends will show them how to move, breathe, and find fun ways to calm their bodies and focus their minds so that - no matter what they are feeling –mad, sad, happy, upset, wishful, nervous, lonely, sparkly, confused, or super duper EXCITED – they can respond to and communicate those feelings in healthy ways!

Katherine is the writer and voice of YOGA WITH ELEONORA, originally co-created as an animated series with kidlit writer and producer B.T. Gottfred for Pillowfort TV. YOGA WITH ELEONORA is now a book series, too!

A series for kids of all ages, when you're feeling all the feelings and need to move and ground and flow.

What people are saying

I felt so calm after watching, and more confident in helping myself through situations. Even more exciting, though, I feel like I can help support my nieces and nephews when they are feeling angry and don't know what to do. I love these videos.

Trish P., aunt and educator

I'm showing it to my 6 year old ASAP!

Joanna H., mom

It's for little kids, but I have to say Eleonora is calming for me too. Check it out, especially if you have littles.

Kara N., mom and pediatric cancer advocate

Now as a book series!
